Fire as craft

The ritual of the gauchos

Long before modern steakhouses existed, Argentina’s gauchos gathered around wood fires on the Pampas, slowly roasting meat over glowing embers. Simple seasoning, natural smoke, and time.

We honor that heritage by cooking over natural charcoal and wood. Wood isn’t just fuel; it’s the foundation of flavor. The slow-burning embers give a smoky aroma, a beautifully caramelized crust, and a depth you can only get from live flame.

Uncompromised. Unrushed. Authentic.

“A different spin”

I had the most amazing experience here at this Argentinian steakhouse. We got to speak to the chefs, and they explained in detail how they prepared the meat. They take such pride and love in their food and the preparation process.

Excellent Argentinean restaurant. I loved the morcilla (blood sausage), and the ribeye for two is amazing!

Naples is flooded with steakhouses, but this is a different spin — Argentinian style.
